The Medical Center for Women has been providing abortion services to Virginia’s women and their families since 1973.
We believe that each person deserves to receive the best abortion care in a SAFE and CARING environment.
The Medical Center of Women has three convenient locations in the state of Virginia where there are some state abortion restrictions — Richmond, Peninsula and Roanoke, Virginia.

We’re a member of the National Abortion Federation (NAF), a professional association of abortion providers, that offers benefits like access to quality assurance, technical assistance, training, and 24/7 security support, along with resources for continuing medical education and legal guidance.
